FAQ

  • What is Perinatal Loss Therapy?

Perinatal loss therapy provides skillful, deep support after miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, IVF loss, and infant loss. It’s a space to be witnessed, accepted, to process grief, trauma, identity, heartache and love that comes with this loss. You can reach out for a consultation here.

  • What if I'm not ready to talk about what happened?

That’s okay. We’ll go at your pace. Therapy doesn’t have to start with words — we might begin with grounding, body-based tools, or simple ways to help your nervous system feel safe again.
