You deserve excellent therapy. This requires more than what happens during our time together in the therapy room. I keep my caseload intentionally small so that I have the time and capacity to be deeply present with each client and to thoughtfully consider their individual needs and therapeutic process.

I joyfully and continually pursue advanced training in Depth Psychology, Maternal Mental Health, and Trauma treatment so that I can offer care that is both highly skilled and deeply attuned.

I do not accept insurance but I do I offer super bills as an out of network provider for you to be reimbursed for your sessions by your insurance provider.
